Hosts pay a flat monthly subscription per property or portfolio rather than a commission on each booking, plus a small payment-processing fee. Full details and current rates are on the Pricing page.
Guests earn 10 points for every $1 spent on bookings. Points are redeemable at 1,000 points per $1 toward future stays, and they never expire.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from our account deletion page. Requests are completed within 30 days.
