1. Service Description Our rental hosting site provides a marketplace for hosting rental properties. We do not provide insurance coverage for any damage that may occur to the hosted properties. As a hosting platform, we charge a flat rate hosting fee for our services.
2. Payment The monthly hosting fee will start at $25 per month for the first month following the account opening. For the subsequent six months, the monthly fee will increase to $50 per month. After the seventh month, the hosting fee will reach its maximum cap and will not exceed $100 per month.
3. Non-Liability We act solely as a hosting platform and marketplace for rental properties. We do not own or operate the properties listed on our site. Therefore, we are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or damages related to the properties or the interactions between hosts and guests. We do not assume any liability for any losses, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our services.
4. User Responsibilities As a user of our rental hosting site, you agree to the following responsibilities: a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. b. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding rental hosting and property management. c. Ensure that the property listings and related content are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. d. Communicate and interact with other users in a respectful and professional manner. e. Take appropriate measures to protect your personal information and login credentials.
5. Intellectual Property All content provided on our site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior written consent.
6. Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our site. In the event of termination, any ongoing hosting subscriptions will be honored until their respective expiration dates.
